At HD Stencils LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your stencil or accessory doesn't meet your needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused stencils in their original flat packaging or tube to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
